Your own free personal coach and information service

The Get Healthy Service offers you free information and even a personal coach to help you get more active every day and with healthy eating.

For 6 months you can receive confidential advice and support from your coach over the phone, and information on how to reach your health goals.

Free programs for Aboriginal kids

Go4Fun is a free 10 week program for New South Wales kids aged 7–13 that focuses on improving their:

  • eating habits
  • fitness
  • confidence

Go4Fun runs a number of programs for Aboriginal families after school, during school terms. It is a great way for kids to get fit playing fun games, feel more confident and boost their self-esteem.

NSW Knockout Health Challenge

The NSW Knockout Health Challenge is a free community-led program where you and your community can challenge yourselves to get active and practice healthy eating.

Communities across New South Wales are encouraged to register a team.
