Eating healthier food and getting active is good for your body and can help reduce your stress.

There is no shame in needing a little help to get your health back on track.

There are specific programs for Aboriginal people that can assist you and your family with what to eat and how to get active.

Do it for you and your family!

NSW Knockout Health Challenge

The Knockout Health Challenge is back in August 2023. Knockout has been on pause for the last three years. During that time, we talked with Aboriginal communities across NSW to understand what improvements they wanted to see. Based on what we learned, we have made changes to the program this year. Applications this year are made by Team Managers and close on 30 June 2023.

We will be yarning with more communities in 2023 to hear how we can improve the program in the future.

Josh’s story

Joshua Toyano played for the Redfern Rebels in the NSW Knockout Health Challenge.

"I feel a lot better mentally, I don’t feel so stressed after work, I go home feeling really good.”
